At Catalyst x Imzo, teams studied Imzo's production process and built solutions around the company's real needs. Three projects were selected by the enterprise's leadership.
Binova1-PLACE
A B2B digital platform for the construction industry. Construction companies find the products and services they need in one place, while manufacturers gain a new digital sales channel. For Imzo, the team proposed digitising the entire customer journey — from choosing a product to installation.
Imzo ai2-PLACE
An AI advisor that makes talking to a customer easier. Today a customer has to call and wait for a manager just to understand the product — Imzo AI answers questions instantly and recommends the right option. The team also built a prototype that calculates the price of a window from a photo in a few seconds.
Unifactory3-PLACE
A single platform for running the whole plant. Today every department works in its own software and management has no overall picture — Unifactory brings production, staff, the call centre, logistics and security together into one real-time system. The team built the solution around the Imzo plant itself.
